No code, full refund
If your number receives no SMS before it expires, the full amount is returned to your balance automatically. You never have to ask.
Couldn’t allocate a number
If we can’t secure a number for your service or country, you’re refunded instantly and nothing is charged.
Why balance, not the card?
Balance refunds are instant and let you retry in one tap. Card refunds take 5–10 business days; balance credit never expires and can be withdrawn on request.
Received a code?
Once a verification code is delivered, the rental is complete and non-refundable — that’s the product working as intended.

Think something’s wrong? Contact support with your order ID within 7 days and we’ll review it manually.
